Shareholders change in voting rights Law 3556/2007

I. Kloukinas - I. Lappas SA announces that, according to law 3556/2007, Capital Research and Management Company informed the company of the purchase of 72.372 stocks during the period from 2 July 2007 to 11July 2007. After the purchase of the above stocks , the percentage of voting rights of Capital Research and Management Company in I. Kloukinas - I. Lappas SA has increased from 5,6994% to 5,9918%.
