Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11of Decision 1/434/03/07/07 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Mr Anastasios Kapasakalis, Non executive and Non Independent Member of the BoD, bought on 17/01/2008 3.000 ordinary shares of total value 20.220,00 €. and on 21/01/2008 2.000 ordinary shares of total value 13.420,00 €. .The company has been informed by Mr Kapasakalis according to the Law 3340/2005 (art.13)
